Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how our guarantees work and how to request a refund if you ever need one.

2. The 365-day digital guide guarantee
This applies to the following products at all three tiers:
- The Starter tier (the core guide and 5 bonus resources)
- The Relief Kit tier (everything in Starter, plus the Calm Reset Audio Collection)
- The Complete System tier (everything in Relief Kit, plus the 14-Day Perimenopause and Menopause Course)
If at any point within 365 days of your purchase you feel the materials have not helped you understand your stress patterns more clearly, simply email us with your order number and we will process a full refund.
We may briefly ask whether there is anything we can do to help, but your refund is not conditional on your answer. No forms, no hoops.
3. The 7-day consultation guarantee
The private 30-minute consultation with Beverley carries a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase.
Please note:
- The 7 days runs from the moment you purchase the consultation, not from the date the call takes place
- If your consultation has not yet happened and you request a refund within 7 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund
- If your consultation has already taken place, you may still request a refund within the 7-day window, but please understand that the time has been reserved exclusively for you and the work has been delivered
- This shorter window exists because consultations involve Beverley's reserved time, which cannot be returned in the way a digital product can
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- Your order number, which is in your purchase confirmation email
- The email address you used at checkout
- The date of purchase
You do not need to provide a reason. We may ask one brief question to help us improve, but it is optional and your refund is not conditional on your reply.
5. Processing time
Once your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method via Stripe. Most refunds appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, though some banks may take longer to display the transaction.
Refunds are returned in the same currency you paid in and at the same amount you were charged. Currency conversion fluctuations between purchase and refund are not within our control.
6. After your refund
Once your refund is processed:
- Your access to any membership-based content, such as the perimenopause course hosted on Skool, will be revoked
- Your licence to use any previously downloaded materials ends, and you agree to delete any copies you have saved
- Your subscription to our customer-only email list will end. You may stay on our general marketing list if you have opted in
7. Exclusions
We reserve the right to decline a refund in the following limited circumstances:
- Repeated refund requests from the same customer across multiple purchases
- Evidence of fraudulent activity or chargeback abuse
- Refund requests received outside the relevant window (365 days for digital products, 7 days for the consultation)
- Bulk or wholesale purchases
If you have initiated a chargeback through your bank or card issuer before contacting us, our refund process is suspended pending resolution of the chargeback through the appropriate channels.
8. Your statutory rights and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel certain online purchases. For digital products delivered immediately, you waive this right by purchasing and accessing the content. By completing your order, you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you forfeit the 14-day statutory cancellation period.
This does not reduce your protection. Our voluntary refund policies above (365 days on the guide, 7 days on consultations) are more generous than your statutory rights.
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your other statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
