These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products and services from Green Tree Holistics Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). They form a legal contract between you and us. By purchasing a product, booking a consultation, or otherwise using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not purchase or use our products.

Our educational products are written and delivered by Beverley Shatliff, a Stress Management Specialist, Advanced Holistic Practitioner, and Reiki Master Teacher with 25 years of experience in holistic health.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from us, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract
• Provide accurate and complete information at checkout
• Not be purchasing on behalf of an organisation unless authorised to do so

3. Our products and services

We currently offer the following:

• The Starter tier: the digital guide "Unlock The Secrets To Stress Relief: 300 Hidden Signs You're Stressed And What To Do About Them Before Burnout Hits", plus 5 bonus digital resources, delivered as PDF downloads
• The Relief Kit tier: everything in the Starter tier, plus the Calm Reset Audio Collection (9 audio tracks delivered as MP3 downloads)
• The Complete System tier: everything in the Relief Kit tier, plus the 14-Day Perimenopause and Menopause Course, hosted on the Skool platform
• Private 1:1 Consultation with Beverley: a 30-minute private call delivered via Zoom or phone

We may add, modify, or discontinue products at any time. These Terms apply to whatever products are available at the time of your purchase.

4. Pricing and payment

• All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP). You may be charged in your local currency at the exchange rate set by your card issuer
• Payment is taken at the time of purchase by Stripe, our payment processor
• By submitting payment, you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide
• Prices may change. Once your purchase is complete, your price is locked in for that purchase
• Promotional or introductory pricing is offered at our discretion and may end without notice

5. Licence to use the digital products

When you purchase a digital product from us, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use that product for your own personal use.

You may:

• Download the materials to your personal devices
• Print copies for your own use
• Refer to the content for your own benefit indefinitely (subject to refund terms)

You may not:

• Share, distribute, lend, resell, sublicense, or transfer the materials to anyone else
• Reproduce or republish the materials, in whole or in part, in any form
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Share your login credentials for the course or any related platform
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the materials to create derivative or competing works
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract any content from our website or platforms

6. Intellectual property

All content we provide, including the written guide, the bonus resources, the audio tracks, the course material, our website copy, photography, illustrations, branding, and the Signal to Soothe Method itself, is the intellectual property of Green Tree Holistics Ltd or its licensors. It is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of intellectual property to you. Your rights are limited to the licence in Section 5.

7. Health and medical disclaimer

Our products and services are educational and informational only. They are not, and are not intended to be, a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Beverley Shatliff is a Stress Management Specialist, Advanced Holistic Practitioner, and Reiki Master Teacher. She is not a medical doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist, licensed therapist, registered counsellor, or other licensed healthcare provider in any jurisdiction. Our products do not constitute medical care, psychotherapy, or any other regulated healthcare service.

You agree and acknowledge that:

• You should always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition
• You should never disregard professional medical advice, or delay in seeking it, because of something you have read in our materials or heard during a consultation
• If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, you must contact your local emergency services, your GP, or NHS 111 immediately. Do not rely on our products in a crisis
• If you are in a mental health crisis in the UK, you can call the Samaritans free on 116 123, 24 hours a day
• Our content is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any medical or psychological condition
• Individual results vary. We make no guarantee about specific outcomes from using our products
• Holistic and herbal techniques referenced in our materials are intended to complement, not replace, conventional medical care. Always consult your GP before making changes to medication, supplements, or treatment

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have any health condition, you should consult your GP before using any holistic remedy or technique described in our materials.

8. Private consultation terms

If you purchase a 1:1 consultation, the following applies:

• The consultation is a 30-minute private conversation with Beverley, delivered via Zoom or phone at a time you book through our calendar
• The consultation is a stress management and holistic wellness conversation. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical consultation
• You agree to provide accurate information about yourself when booking and during the call, so Beverley can be most helpful
• Rescheduling is welcome with at least 24 hours' notice. We will do our best to find a new time that suits you
• Missed appointments without notice may forfeit the consultation. We are not obliged to reschedule a no-show, although we will use reasonable discretion in genuine emergencies
• Recording. Neither party may record the call without the other party's prior consent
• What you share with Beverley is treated with confidentiality, subject to the limited exceptions where disclosure may be required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm
• The 7-day refund window described in our Refund Policy applies

9. Course access through Skool

The 14-Day Perimenopause and Menopause Course included in the Complete System tier is hosted on Skool, a third-party platform. By purchasing the Complete System tier:

• You will be granted access to the course on Skool using the email address you provided at checkout
• Your use of the Skool platform is also subject to Skool's own Terms of Service
• If Skool changes its platform, pricing, or availability in a way that affects your access, we will provide a comparable alternative or refund the relevant portion of your purchase at our discretion
• Sharing your Skool login credentials with anyone else is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate revocation of access without refund

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our products or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, accounts, or third-party platforms we use
• Impersonate any other person or misrepresent your identity
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access our content
• Harass, threaten, or otherwise harm Beverley, our team, or other customers
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source content from our digital products

We may suspend or terminate your access to our products and services if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. Where reasonably possible we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue first.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with our products and services is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress, arising from your use of our products
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the information in our materials, including decisions about your physical or mental health, lifestyle, relationships, or finances
• We are not liable for service interruptions, errors, or delays caused by third-party providers such as Stripe, GoHighLevel, Skool, Zoom, or your internet service provider

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Green Tree Holistics Ltd, its directors, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, expense, or damage arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products and services.

13. Refunds

Our refund policy is set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:

• Digital products: full refund available within 365 days of purchase
• 1:1 consultation: full refund available within 7 days of purchase

14. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be brought to your attention where reasonably possible. Your continued use of our products after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Termination

Either party may end the contract at any time:

• You may stop using our products and request a refund within the applicable refund window
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or otherwise misuse our products. Where appropriate, we will refund any pre-paid amount for unused services

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer based in another country, you may have additional rights in the courts of your home country that cannot be excluded by these Terms.

18. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable part will be replaced with one that achieves the same intent to the fullest extent permitted by law.

19. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Green Tree Holistics Ltd regarding your use of our products. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
